      1. I was shocked! It’s a special edition preorder from Chapters Indigo in Canada. I’m not sure if they’re sending them all out early. I’m in denial it’s actually happening – maybe it’s a late April fools joke…. oh that would be cruel!

      2. WHAT! I ordered the same one (I’m in Canada too haha!) I haven’t seen a shipping notification yet though! I’ll have to keep an eye out for mine haha! I hope it’s not a late April Fools Joke haha! 😛

      3. Which edition did you get? I ordered the Indigo exclusive one. I’m so confused they sent it early. They don’t even give out ARC’s so I didn’t think they would send it early. Maybe it’s a mistake… a mistake in my favour! LOL

      4. BTW I just payed attention to your blog header – my book shipped from Mississauga so if anyone was to get it early it should have been you! You’re much closer! lol And are you planning on doing the Sarah J Maas signing event in May? I’m downright terrified to drive in Toronto so I’m not sure if I can handle it. I also don’t like crowds and this event is probably going to be big! I’m torn if I’m going to go or not

      5. Ugh I just realized I pre-ordered with another book that diesn’t come out until September…hopefully they break up the order as they have in the past 😦

I’m actually currently living in Brampton where the warehouse is located haha so I usually get my orders either next day or the day after that which is pretty magical!

I was thinking about attending the signing, but I agree, the crowd level that will probably be there is a little too much for me and there are so many rules. Most signings you just show up with your books and that’s it, but this one is too much for me. And Sherway as a location isn’t the greatest pick TBH. The event space is soooo small 😦

      6. Thanks for the warning! I figured the crowd would be insane and I’m not familiar with the location. The last (and only) signing I went to was very laid back. She did a talk and then we lined up in order of the seats. Very easy. But if there’s a crowd AND rules I don’t think I’ll be doing this!
Brampton is so close! The city closest to me is Sarnia. Small world!

      7. Yeah, I mean it would be nice to try, but I also feel like it’ll be a hassle to be one of the first 250 people in line…you would have to get there so early…

My next door neighbours were from Sarnia before they moved to Brampton! They have since left and moved to Barrie haha

      8. Unfortunately for this particular event they’ve capped it off at the first 250 for the signing, you can still go and see her talk and what not, but the hassle just doesn’t seem worth it for me 😦
