Top10Tuesday-05

Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Top 10 Tuesday, a weekly meme hosted by the folks over at The Broke and the Bookish! This week’s Top 10 Tuesday theme talks about the books that I consider to be my most anticipated reads for the remainder of this year! There are just so many fantastic books that are coming out and I cannot wait for each and every single one of these titles.

1. ARMADA by ERNEST CLINE

Well, I just finished reading Ready Player One a couple of weeks ago and I loved it so much that when I found out about Armada coming out later next month I got extremely excited! I can guarantee that I will be pre-ordering this book if not purchasing it on the day of it’s release.

Release Date: July 14th 2015

Pre-Order

2. WARREN THE 13th AND THE ALL-SEEING EYE BY TANIA DEL RIO

I’ve recently seen this book come up in some of my favourite booktuber’s vlogs and it looks like something that would be right up my alley.

Release Date: November 24th 2015

Pre-Order

3. ILLUMINAE BY AMIE KAUFMAN & JAY KRISTOFF

This is another book that I’ve been seeing on booktube lately and everyone keeps raving about how amazing the ARC is. I mean…even the image I found online is an amazing GIF. I haven’t even read too much into what this book is all about, but I mean the aesthetic appeal of it is enough to have me intrigued and I will definitely be purchasing a final copy.

Release Date: October 20th 2015

Pre-Order

4. STAND OFF BY ANDREW SMITH

I’m currently reading Winger and I have heard nothing but good things about it. I keep hearing that it gets very interesting toward the end and I’m pretty excited to see what everyone is talking about. I’m only half way through it so far, but I am really enjoying Andrew Smith’s writing style. Although I haven’t finished reading Winger yet, I’m already very excited to pick up the sequel.

Release Date: September 8th 2015

Pre-Order

5. LIBRARY OF SOULS BY RANSOM RIGGS

This is probably one of my most highly anticipated reads of 2015. I found the first novel by chance at a thrift shop and was intrigued by the cover. I bought it without further looking into what the story was about. I’m so glad I decided to buy Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children because it has turned into one of my favourite series. Who else is excited for the Tim Burton adaptation?!

Release Date: September 22nd 2015

Pre-Order

6. EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING By NICOLA YOON

Everybody and their mother has been talking about this novel in the book community and it definitely has me intrigued. Everyone who knows me knows that I love a good YA contemporary novel. Everything, Everything seems very unique and original. Just by reading the synopsis, I can tell that it will be a book that is right up my alley and that I am guaranteed to enjoy.

Release Date: September 1st 2015

Pre-Order

7. The REST OF US JUST LIVE HERE BY PATRICK NESS

I have recently discovered Patrick Ness within this last year and a half and I can honestly say that I have fallen in love with everything that he has written. His writing style is amazing and gripping and I cannot wait to get my hands on this novel. I have very high hopes for this one and I feel confident that Patrick Ness and his writing ability will not let me down.

Release Date: August 27th 2015

Pre-Order

8. ZEROES BY SCOTT WESTERFELD, MARGO LANAGAN & DEBORAH BIANCOTTI

I only recently heard about Zeroes due to the amount of booktubers that were talking about it during their BEA/BookCon vlogs. I have never read a Scott Westerfeld book before, I know I should have by now, but I’m excited for this novel to possibly be my first ever Scott Westerfeld experience. I’m excited to see how three authors have come together to write one novel as well.

Release Date: September 29th 2015

Pre-Order

9. THE NEST BY KENNETH OPPEL

I haven’t read a Kenneth Oppel novel since I read half of Silverwing when I was an elementary school student. I don’t remember why I didn’t finish Silverwing because from what I can remember, it was really good. Again, a lot of booktubers have been talking about this novel and giving it some good reviews so I’m very excited to give this Canadian author another try!

Release Date: October 6th 2015

Pre-Order

10. TRUST NO ONE by paul cleave

I was actually given an ARC of this book by the lovely people over at Simon & Schuster Canada and I am extremely excited to get into it. I love a good psychological thriller and this one seems like it will have quite a few exciting twists and turns. I will definitely be reading and reviewing this book closer to the release date so you can definitely look forward to that in the near future!

Release Date: August 4th 2015

Pre-Order

And there you have it! Another Top 10 Tuesday! What are your most anticipated reads for the rest of 2015? Do we share similar picks? As always, thank you for reading!
